My place is all about vibe and feeling. This is a home, what air Bnb is supposed to be. Not an investor trying to make a quick $. It’s why I fell in love with the place, and why my guests do too! A stones throw to the local buzzing Balaclava neighbourhood, where you can enjoy some classic Melbourne cafes and shops. The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a quiet leafy inner city neighbourhood (6kms from the CBD). It is a 2 minute walk from the tram and a kilometre from the trains. Local shops (supermarket, liquour, pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, cafes and takeaways) are a 5 minute walk away. The tram will take you to the City and local shopping precincts, the Caulfield Racecourse and local hospitals. We are 2.5kms from the start of the Grand Prix Circuit (Albert Park Lake) and a tram ride from the Rod Laver Arena.

Super cute, self contained, rustic little apartment. Set in a bird filled garden with outside seating and fire. Host on site but apartment has own entrance and privacy guaranteed. A little bit of Australian tranquility only 11kms from Melbourne CBD and a 19km drive from Melbourne Airport. Free street parking always available. A 1.5km walk to trams giving easy access to some of Melbourne's coolest inner city northern suburbs - Fitzroy, Northcote, Brunswick. Longer stays considered on enquiry.

Bayside Bungalow

Backing onto the Victoria Golf Club, this stand alone bungalow is highly accessible to Victoria, Royal Melbourne, Sandringham and Cheltenham Golf clubs. It's a 10 minute walk to Cheltenham train station, close to shopping strips and a 5 minute drive to Southland Shopping Centre. Stay in our beautiful B&G Cole designed home nestled in the Artisan Hills boutique wine region. We are located in the Research/Eltham/Warrandyte area on the Melbourne urban fringe. You will enjoy totally private and tranquil accommodation with large lounge/entertainment room, bathroom and gourmet kitchen. Outside patio with seating and breathtaking bush views will delight. Extensive wildlife all around and only 26km to Melbourne. Montsalvat, Yarra Valley and St Andrews Market are nearby.

The work starts between 7 and 8am finishes at 3pm. --We have had one complaint since Feb 2023 -- If you are not satisfied with the apartment and want to shorten your stay I can accommodate -- Double glazing, large windows, high ceilings and generous proportions in this groovy Art Deco space. Sprawl yourself out on the huge divan. A quick tram ride to the City, Chapel St, Prahran and St Kilda.
