Family house in Guernsey

Bailando Con Dios is a classic detached 1930's family home situated in the quiet parish of St Martin and conveniently located inbetween Town and the St Martin Village. The accommodation comprises an entrance hall, a spacious lounge with multi-fuel stove, a separate dining room with mutli-fuel stove and double doors leading onto a traditional lean-to conservatory, kitchen and separate utility/larder and WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms as well as a family bathroom and a separate WC.

Close to fabulous cliff walks, secluded bays, good restaurants & supermarkets, all in walking distance. Bus stop nearby. 5 * Le Pigeonnier is on the first floor with one bedroom (king-size or twin beds), bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room. Parking immediately outside. Open all year.

The Ellingham Cottages is a popular holiday complex in the beautiful parish of St Martins in Guernsey. The two & three-bedroom self-catering cottages are perfectly located. They are close to stunning south-east cliff paths and bays (including Renoir's favourite 'Moulin Huet'), are walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants; and St Peter Port is only a mile away. The spacious three-bedroom cottage is the largest in the complex and is ideal for bigger families or groups of friends.
