Welcome to the historic Garden District! My house sits on boulevard lined with live oaks in the heart of BTR. You'll be 1.5 blocks from City Brooks park and its offerings (tennis, playground, 9-hole golf, dog park, art gallery), minutes away from LSU, downtown, and I-10, with easy access to hip restaurants, bars, and coffee shops along the Government Street corridor. Stroll around the neighborhood to enjoy its beauty or venture a little further to run or bike the 6+ miles of connecting paths.

This property is a 2100 sq ft, two car garage house with 3 bedrooms including 4 beds, 3 full baths, an open living room, dining and kitchen area fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, glasses and silverware. The house has its own washer, dryer, free wifi and a TV. It also has a boat launch and fishing deck. Our house is located on a canal on the Atchafalaya River, addition to Butte La Rose, LA. We are exactly in between Lafayette and Baton Rouge, equally 30 minutes away from both locations!
