Condo is located on the second floor(no elevator) in the back of the complex. Private deck that is perfect for your morning coffee. The complex has 2 pools (1 seasonally heated), tennis courts and a pond. Ocean Walk is located less than mile from the pier, beach, shopping and dining. Washer and dryer located in clubhouse.

The Fig House | Mid Century, Pool, Mins from Beach

The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

Sea-Esta Retreat, a Great Golden Isles Location!

Guests have access to the entire condo. Self check-in with keypad. Residence is located in the back of the complex for a peaceful quiet stay. There are two numbered parking spaces located in front of unit. A community pool is in the center of the complex, which is a very short walk. The outdoor shower is great when returning from the beach or pool. The front storage shed contains beach chairs, coolers and bicycles for guest use.
