Upstairs is your large bedroom with super kingsize bed, and smart tv Your bathroom is accessed from the small landing at the top of the stairs. There is also an attached laundry room with washer/dryer & ironing facilities. Large parking area. We also offer a pet sitting service for an extra fee. Payable upon arrival.

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.
