Kids and adults can enjoy games indoors and out while reconnecting. Visit local farmers markets then prepare in a generous kitchen. Cottage features a Hammock, backyard fire pit, private swimming hole, Trout fishing, voice activated speakers throug, full kitchen, two bedrooms with queen's and laundry.Surrounded by 200 acres of state land you're free to explore. Cottage is located in Hobart NY, the bookstore capitol of NY. 25 min to Plattekill Mountain ski resort, Belleayre Mountain Ski Center.

Our property is nestled in the Catskills mountains, offering mountain views and serene landscapes. You'll be staying in a cabin with 2 beds, Queen & Full, fold out couch, a kitchen, Wi-Fi, fire pit, & charcoal grill. Games to play both inside & outside provided. 4 ski resorts 16-32 min away such as Plattekill, Belleayre, Hunter, Windham Mountains. Nearby: Scenic Railcar rides, Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, Howe Caverns, hiking, kayaking, biking & waterfalls. Restaurants in driving distance.

By night, star gaze from the comfort of a cozy loft or sit by the wood stove on a chilly night. The Bovina Schoolhouse offers the perfect getaway for a couple, small family, or friends. An open layout is perfect for cooking, dining and lounging.

Secluded and Private Catskills Cabin with a View

Modern cabin on the mountains of the western Catskills. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an assortment of books, board games, puzzles, and an indoor wood-burning stove. There is reliable, high-speed fiber-optic wifi. There is no TV. Note: In winter (Dec-March at least) you will NEED a vehicle with AWD or 4WD to reach the cabin. The final .75 mile of the drive is a dirt road with a couple of hills that could be difficult for an FWD vehicle to safely get up or down.

Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.
