Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Antica casa colonica arredata con mobili vintage e di design italiano. Mi piace l’idea di non buttare le cose e riadattarle con nuova funzione raccontando la storia di chi li ha posseduti. La casa circondata da un appio giardino privato è ricco di biodiversità. Siamo in una splendida posizione panoramica con vista a 360° sui colli e sulla pianura a 15 min. d'auto da Reggio Emilia, 1 ora d'auto da Bologna, 40 min. da Milano, 2 e 1/2 ore da Roma e 1 ora da Firenze (tramite treno ad alta velocità).

Ubicato in una corte privata, l'ospite può godere di quiete e tranquillità e allo stesso tempo avere il Duomo a 300 metri e la stazione del Serraglio a 200 metri; Firenze dista a 20 minuti di treno. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento gestibili autonomamente. L'host è facilmente raggiungibile per qualsiasi tipo di informazione. La casa si trova in ZTL e non si può accedere in macchina. Parcheggi nelle vicinanze a pagamento.

Nelle immediate vicinanze di Supermercati, Bar e Ristoranti, il Pop si raggiunge facilmente dalle principali arterie di comunicazione come l'autostrada e la tangenziale nonchè dalla Via Emilia con molte linee bus che transitano a poche decine di metri. Comodo per l'Ospedale Maggiore, per gli eventi allo Stadio, all'Unipol Arena e alla fondazione MAST.
