Ad 1 km dal casello autostradale di Rioveggio, l'appartamento si trova all'interno della villa in cui abito con la mia famiglia. L'accesso per gli ospiti è indipendente, dalla grande terrazza, senza fare scale. Nel piazzale condiviso, dove sono presenti 2 cani innocui, si può parcheggiare l'auto. Stanze e bagno sono ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Non c'è una cucina completa, ma avrete a disposizione microonde, frigorifero, macchina del caffè (caffè compreso), bollitore e stoviglie necessarie.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.
