The Lodge

Escape to our wooded retreat surrounded by nature and designed for relaxation. Nestled in the hillside, our three-bedroom home blends rustic charm with modern comforts. Unwind in the cozy living area furnished for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, enjoyed indoors or on the expansive covered porch. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit for marshmallow roasting, horseshoe pit, corn hole, and a tranquil pond, perfect for fishing and unwinding amidst nature's beauty.

"The Homely House" With Beautiful Mountain Views

Modern house on 22 acres in Sullivan County, featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a 77" OLED TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and French-door refrigerator. There are two bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with a queen air mattress—plus a queen couch bed. The air-conditioned home also features a game room with air hockey, ping pong, and a pool table. Explore walking paths and enjoy beautiful views of the Endless Mountains!

The Cottage at Grovedale

This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. No pets allowed.

Relax with the family at this home away from home. Enjoy scenic views of the Endless Mtns. while taking in the wildlife that surrounds this peaceful getaway. Enjoy the hot tub off the porch, fire pit in the backyard or sit on the front porch and savor the gorgeous view. With accommodations for the family, couple or girls getaway, you will enjoy this property in rural PA. Within an hour of several state parks, ski areas or Susq. River. **No drugs allowed, no exceptions!!

Cozy cabin on the farm IV

Make some memories at this unique and family friendly place. Our one bedroom tiny/home cabin is located amongst 2 other cabins on our small farm where you will be able to peacefully watch the farm animals, relax at the pond, or just keep to yourself. We are located approximately 7 miles from town where you can shop or go out to eat. If you prefer to do your own cooking you will have a full kitchen to make what you please. The loveseat pulls out to be able to bring an extra person.

Private Glamping Yurt Site 2

Experience secluded glamping with luxury and amenities, hotel in the woods, but so much better.  Take a Hot shower under the stars or in the sunlight. Come relax, hear the sounds of nature. You can even take a tour of our farm or hike around our property. You might even be able to feed or pet a cow. It's all  located on our 460 acre farm. Running water toilet and hot shower are yours, and not shared by anyone else. Our tent is within 10 minutes of Salt Springs State park.

Our Cabins are nestled in the heart of the Endless Mountains Region of northeastern Pennsylvania on the banks of the Susquehanna River.
