Brand new (completely rebuilt in 2024) 3 bedroom (including kids bunk room), 3 bath w/ large kitchen/living room & cathedral ceilings that look out to lake views and a beautiful beach. Large deck on front that faces the water & large back yard great for games, grilling & more. 5 mins to downtown Windham with plenty of restaurants, bars & shopping, & 30 minutes to downtown Portland. In the summer months, house rents out on a weekly basis, (Fri-Fri). In the fall/winter/spring, just a 3-day minimum
