This is freshly renovated 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. With all brand new furniture and appliances, tasteful decorations, a 72 inch tv with sound bar and sub, you may not want to leave! We are in a downtown location, a block from Restaurants, hotels and shopping, it’s the perfect location for business or pleasure. We are one block off of highway 120/108, so it’s convenient, but at rush hour you’ll likely hear some traffic. Washer/dryer in the garage. Please leave your shoes at the door.

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Enjoy the peaceful PET FRIENDLY back patio. Enjoy a gas fire pit or bbq some dinner on the grill. Keep it simple at this peaceful centrally-located in Historic Downtown Modesto. This new build 1 bedroom with all new construction and appliances is walking Distance to Gallo Center for the Arts, Mchenry Mansion the Museum , Brendan Movie Theater, The State Theatre and you can enjoy all the night life on the weekends. Even catch Modesto's past time of some cruising on the weekends.
