Enjoy our retro gaming room with an arcade machine and air hockey table. Stream your favorite show on our three 4kTVs. Walking distance (0.7 mile) to new splash pad and pickleball/basketball courts. Whether you’re here to explore the outdoors or unwind, this home offers comfort and entertainment for all!

Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

We live in the main house, completely separated from the studio suite. We respect your personal space to enjoy your stay but will always be available via text/phone to answer your questions.
