Cosy flat close to the center

The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a quiet building with a lift. It consists of: dining room with kitchenette, bedroom and living room. The entrances are well maintained with access control. There is parking in front of the building. All our guests can enjoy high-speed WiFI and interactive TV. The neighborhood is quiet. The building is a 5-minute walk from the city center. There is a 24-hour grocery store, a school, a children’s playground, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Balkan Barn

Welcome to The Balkan Barn, a rustic retreat at the foot of the Balkan Mountains in Tazha. Perfect for hikers and nature lovers, with trails, waterfalls, and forests just minutes away. Enjoy the charm of high wooden beams, cozy spaces, and a large private yard - ideal for kids to play and families to relax. We had an issue with woodworms, considering the old beams, however as of November 2025, the issue has been dealt with to a great extent. You won't see any woodworms in the barn!

Enjoy fresh mountain air, authentic features and amenities. The house is situated in Kozarevo district of Tvarditsa only 150m walk from the mountain trails and a river walk. The home has 2 floors with 2 separate entrances but at the moment I'm only offering the second floor. While there is no access to the yard currently you can enjoy a big bright bedroom , kids room kitchen and a spacious balcony with a dining table where you can enjoy fresh air dinner with a mountain view.

The place is called Dyado Stoyan, named after my grand-grand father Stoyan, who had build it. It's a two-floor house, with three bedrooms, kitchen, diningroom and a spare bathroom. There is also a big yard. The place is nice and quiet, situated in a small village inside the Balkan mountain (Stara planina). The village is distanced 15 km from the nearest town Maglizh and 25 km(40-50 min) away from Kazanlak
