Villa Olea – Heated Saltwater Pool, NP Paklenica

Welcome to your private oasis between the mountains and the sea, just 300 meters from the beach and steps from the wild beauty of Velebit and Paklenica National Park. Our villa offers the perfect balance of nature, comfort and wellness, with a heated saltwater pool, outdoor whirlpool, and a private sauna to relax after a day of adventure. Inside, you’ll find 3 ensuite bedrooms and a cozy wellness room with an extra bed, ideal for families, couples or remote workers looking for peace and space.

Purple haze

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Cozy studio with a stunning sea view. Located by the beach, just 2 km from Trogir, this small but fully equipped studio is a great base for your vacation in central Dalmatia. A beautiful pebble beach is right across the street — just a few steps away. The terrace is shared between two studios, with a designated area in front of each for private use. Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.

Villa Nana, stone house with kayak and bicycles

Villa Nana is a renovated old stone house located in Žman, in a calm neighbourhood, 400 meters from the beach, local super market restaurant and a caffee. The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.
