Our little place is nestled in a gorgeous woodsy spot amongst the pines overlooking spectacular "Buckleberry View." It is the perfect place to get away and take in the beauty of birdsong, wildflowers, lush pastureland, and the rolling hills of the Poe Valley region. The creative planning of "Little House" has resulted in a fun, aesthetically appealing, and comfortable space in which to relax and enjoy. "Little House" is perfect for a couple, a small family and for a group of close friends.

Stream Side Getaway in Big Valley

Stream Side Getaway is located in the beautiful Big Valley along Stone Mountain. This house is on the side of a shop on the upper level. We are close to hiking, bike trails, Raystown Lake, Greenwood State park, and the local Wednesday flea market and livestock auction. There is a small tranquil creek as well as a fire pit and sitting area for you to enjoy. S'mores are a must. :) Our goal is a clean, relaxing atmosphere, and we're just across the lawn if you should need anything!

3 bedroom basement apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). We also border State Game Lands. 55" tv and 250 channels SUV or 4 wheel drive is recommended for winter. Please use Google GPS and check in instructions.

This is the perfect place for the solo traveler or couples. The space includes a private entrance, one bedroom with a custom cherry desk space, wifi, large living area including a high top table with two chairs and a full bathroom.

Penn State getaway. One mile from campus and downtown. An easy walk and easier Uber to everything State College and Penn State. Beaver Stadium, Allen Street Grill, The Phyrst, The Creamery, and shopping are all within walking distance. Apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a queen bed and the couch is a day-bed with a pull out underneath if extra beds are needed.
