This home has a unique design reported on Woman’s Day Magazine. It contains cozy and cute decorations as well as open spaces with lots of natural light. One can relax outside on the egg chair, swing, hammock, or in the recreation room with a bar and a foosball table. This residency also happens to be walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and other convenient locations! It’s close to the bus route to downtown, Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver stadium & the community pool.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Our home is desirably situated in the Borough of State College and in easy walking distance to downtown State College, Penn State campus and Beaver stadium (less than a mile) and ample parking for 5-6 cars (premium). Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. Fully furnished home near downtown State College

My home is very conveniently located close to downtown State College. You are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to campus and the stadium, as well as a 20 minute walk into the center of town. It's fully furnished from the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms-I hope I've thought of everything that any group would hope to find in their own homes! Parties and events aren't currently permitted due to Covid-19 and AirBNB's rules.

Welcome to The Barn! Peacefully nestled in the woods on the top of a beautiful ridge. Located directly off of Rt. 35, and only a mile off of US 322, gets you to State College or Harrisburg in around 45 minutes. With plenty around to do, we are only 10 minutes from the nationally known, Port Royal Speedway. Close to state parks, ski resorts, fly fishing, hiking and kayaking. And local Amish produce and wineries just down the road!

The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.
