Sunnyside Manor

Unique home located on the Crow River, walking distance to downtown New London with shopping, coffee, restaurants and a brewery. The property has a fire pit and dock and you can watch the New London water ski show from the dock. The home was built in 1912 as a hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) but has been converted into a comfortable and fun place to gather friends and family. Part of the yard is completely fenced in. Features a large deck with amazing river views to watch the local wildlife.

The pristine lake, loon calls, and cozy home make you feel like you've gone 'up north,' but it's less than an hour from the Twin Cities. Enjoy our Lake Home on 8 acres with access to a private lake, perfect for paddling, canoeing, or swimming.
