Welcome! The house has a 3 season porch, a comfortable living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen... all the comforts of home away from home. Ideal for traveling RNs/flight school students/etc. 15 minute walk to breweries, restaurants, the library. 5-10 minute drive to grocery stores, Starbucks, the hospital, and gas stations. 5 minute drive to Highway I-35 or Highway 14. You'll have Door Dash for food/grocery delivery. Please note we do have three very friendly cats.

Come and stay here, cleaner and way more comforts than any hotel. This apartment is clean and nice. It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.

Affectionately referred to as "The little house", overlooking Maple Creek and Dartt's Park on Cherry St in Owatonna. Built in 1892, and fully renovated in 2018, this historic home offers vintage charm with modern comfort. Enjoy the park views from the deck, explore nearby trails and tennis courts, or take a short walk to downtown. Perfect for couples or small families seeking a little Owatonna gem to call their own for a stay. By far the nicest single family accommodations in Owatonna.

MN home with large game room, hot tub, privacy and plenty of room for the whole family. Enjoy a game of pool or darts and a peaceful evening in the hot tub relaxing under the stars. Not far from downtown breweries, restaurants and activities and quick access to the highway for travel. This is a good spot if you’re coming back to visit family or are looking for a temporary stay to fit your needs. You will enjoy the peaceful location!

#3 The Little Blue House with Red Shutters

Located downtown Owatonna and just a 10 minute walk to the downtown Federated. Large primary bedroom, queen bed, closet (3) and built in dressers (4), mini fridge. Parking is on the street. Pets live on the property -2 cats and 2 dogs. All are very friendly, but are not allowed in the guest room. The dogs don't bark either. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Nov 15th - March 31: Opposite side parking ordinance or tickets are $25.
