Unique Train Depot Experience

Visit our historic 1890 train depot. It is an opportunity to enjoy a get away from city life. Our hope is that this is a place people can relax and enjoy natures beauty. The depot has 2 extraordinary rooms that are completely private but located on our farmstead separate from our main house. Here you can view occasional wildlife, our domestic animals and one of the best views North Dakota has to offer (in my opinion).

Enjoy the outdoors, unwind and relax at our farmhouse with a huge private yard, grill, fire pit and nearby lake. Close to snowmobile trails, fishing, & hunting. 6 miles from lake Ashtabula-Sibley. Only 29 miles to Valley City, and 21 miles to Cooperstown.

Thanks for checking out the 1903 one room schoolhouse. This is a shared space. The loft serves as the bedroom holding two full/queen beds overlooking the dining area of the schoolhouse. The bathroom and kitchen are housed underneath the loft.
