Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Unser ungewöhnliches Apartment im schönen Berliner Bezirk Steglitz liegt in einer ruhigen, baumbestandenen Nebenstraße (Sackgasse). Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available. Rauchen in der Unterkunft ist nicht gestattet, aber es gibt einen Balkon, auf dem Rauchen ermöglicht wird. Es gibt immer genug kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.
