Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. Welcome back to Taigh Glas Studio. Taigh Glas, situated in Lochbay, Waternish, a natural heritage peninsula, overlooks the ocean, the Stein Waterfront and sunsets over the Western Isles. The house is a short walk from Lochbay Michelin star Restaurant and Stein Inn, and along the road from Skye Skyns and their yurt with coffee and home made cakes. It’s centrally situated for all of Skye’s iconic sights such as Storr, Quiraing, Fairy Pools and Fairy Glen.

Braes Retreat - Garden Apartment

Braes Retreat is a garden apartment tucked away in the peaceful community of Braes. Just six miles out of Portree, its central location on the island is an ideal base to visit the whole of the Isle of Skye. The apartment sits in an established garden, overlooking the Sound of Raasay, with shore access from the croft. A comfortable and welcoming hobbit house with bags of character, perfect for a romantic getaway. Set out as studio accommodation with an ensuite shower room, lobby and kitchenette. The cabin is situated alongside but separate from the main house with it's own parking space and picnic table. We are quarter of a mile from the nearest road with spectacular views all around so very peaceful.
