Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Located at 115 NW 1st Ave in the Steinhatchee Place Resort, Unit 306, this condo offers the perfect combination of a great location with great amenities. The condo is conveniently located 1 block from the new Steinhatchee Marina, 2 blocks from the public boat ramp and is a short walk or ride to many restaurants. It is within walking distance to Roy’s Restaurant and Crabbie Dads Bar & Grill, and is 1/2 mile from the Sea Hag Marina.

Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath end unit condo located on the 2nd floor. This unit is also located next to public boat ramp where you can drop the boat and be out on the gulf in about 10 minutes. This condo is fully furnished with a coastal vibe and sleeps 6 guests it has a Full size washer/dryer & Covered parking. Currently no docks , elevator or pool but great place to stay if your looking to just get away and go fishing. Boat trailer parking straight across from the building

Awesome fishing and sunsets #199 NO CLEANING FEES!

We lost our dock in hurricane Idalia. We hope to have it back soon. Please make yourself at home in our beautiful slice of paradise on the Gulf of Mexico in Steinhatchee Florida. This is a beautifully appointed one Bedroom, one bath condominiums at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River at Sunset Place Resort #199.Watch the most spectacular sunsets or watch your children swim in our pool from your private balcony. We offer both vehicle and boat trailer private parking.
