The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/boho/travel theme that reflects the spirit of our other Compass listings and is 3 blocks from TSU. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs. The studio style floor plan has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, Keurig, microwave, toaster and mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We also have EV charger if needed.

Don't worry, though, you don't have to travel far for dining or entertainment, as restaurants and shops are just a few miles away. If you'll be traveling with your horses, the property also has horse lots with loafing sheds and horse arenas - available at an additional cost. Please inquire about pricing and availability. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.
