Blockhouse Life is a new sustainable community with net-zero designs built in Spokane's South Perry Street. Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

River views and open spaces. Quiet and private apt

Private one bedroom apt. overlooking the Snake River. Semi rural area just across the river from Lewiston, Id. There are no steps and we have ample off street parking. Just 10 minutes from the Lewiston airport. The apt. features a small living room with a double recliner, small dining table with 2 chairs, a kitchenette with fridge, sink and microwave. There is no stove/oven but we do have a dbl hot plate, toaster oven and lots of kitchen cooking gadgets. Bedroom with Queen bed, bath w/shower.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Stay in a charming 2nd floor apartment in a century old house in the quiet town of Garfield. Enjoy lovely views of nearby mountains and the Palouse hills. There are sidewalks throughout town. You'll be two blocks away from the Garfield public park, 3 blocks from Bishop's orchard, and 6 blocks away from Schaut's convenience store. There is a town pool open in summer months. The apartment is a short drive from Steptoe Butte State Park and hiking trails on Kamiak Butte and Idler's Rest.

Tucked behind the main house at the back of the property, this cozy and serene apartment has a separate entrance, off-street parking, covered patio, efficient kitchen, living area, comfortable bedroom (queen memory foam bed) and full bath. Laundry is shared with the main house. Enjoy your peaceful oasis just a few blocks from the Grand Avenue Greenway, with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and the WSU campus just over a mile away! Located in the heart of Moscow, Idaho, this unit is conveniently located to the University of Idaho and downtown Moscow, Idaho. A perfect location to get around with off-street parking for one car. Smart TV provided.

Atop a two car garage detached from our primary residence, our beautiful mountain guest house is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
