Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

Your Sterling Alaska Base Camp

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This is a quiet downstairs space with it’s own outside entry. It’s located close to all of Sterling’s best public bank fishing on the Kenai River. Just 10 minutes North of Soldotna Alaska. This space is fully furnished with 14.8 cu.ft. freezer, it’s own washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, cups, plates and all the utensils you will need. Outside you will find a fire ring and BBQ grill to cook up your favorite foods.

Located in the heart of Soldotna & 1 mile from the Kenai River, the home has an open concept & is newly remodeled w/3 bedrooms plus a 4th bedroom/office. The furnishing, appliances, and accessories are all new and contemporary. The home has Wi-Fi and a workspace desk for remote working. The home is within walking distance to shopping, and dining, 1/2 block to the hospital, and 1/2 mile to Soldotna High School. Perfectly situated cabin in Soldotna, Alaska. Great place to stay for all kinds of outdoor activities including fishing, sightseeing, hiking, kayaking, romantic getaway, or a work trip. We are located on 5 acres it makes for a quiet private area. This cabin is new with all the amenities you could hope for. We are minutes away from the world famous Kenai River. Close to town, Kasilof River and ocean fishing for halibut. We look forward to you staying and playing with us here in Alaska!!!!

Cozy Cabin

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

Minutes from world renowned salmon, trout, saltwater fishing and exploring. This loft Cottage is on a quiet dead-end road. Kitchen opens into the living area with windows looking at partial view of the Caribou Hills, Longmere Lake and Wooded Southern exposure. Perfect for 2 couples, 3 travelers or a family. There are 4 cottages and they can be booked simultaneously to accommodate large parties. Each cottage has independent parking, chest freezers and grills under covered porches.

Alaska’s Hidden Cabin 1.5 miles from Kenai River

This little cabin has been a dream come true for my family. Over the course of the last five years we have purchased property on the Kenai Peninsula and LITERALLY developed everything you see on the land. Yes, our family cut in the driveway. Our family dug the water well. We had this cute little 14x32 foot cabin hauled in and sat on the gravel pad that WE cleared and leveled. It truly has been a labor of love and now we want to share it with others!

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Secluded Rustic Home

Great little cabin for your Alaskan getaway! 10 minutes from great fishing at Bings Landing, 10 minutes from Soldotna, and only a couple minutes off of the highway. This cabin is great for your fishing, hunting or romantic getaway. This cabin offers 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, a washer and dryer and WiFi. This location may have some neighbors close by but it offers the seclusion you enjoy when you want to just get away and relax.

Enjoy the views and privacy at this peaceful and centrally-located home close to town and shopping but located directly between the Kenai and Kasilof rivers and 30 minutes from Deep Creek Halibut fishing. This spacious, open and bright home sits in a small, dog friendly neighborhood with Alaska's wilderness at it's back. Outside eating areas, large yard and firepit area. No smoking. Pets welcome.
