Valley View Farm Retreat

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

Corning Woodland Retreat

Recently remodeled bi-level home with lodge decor on a 9.5 acre wooded lot with beautiful 3/4 acre pond gives peaceful privacy and relaxation. While having an isolated feel, it has a/c, WiFi, dvd and firestick tv. Five miles from Corning's attractions, 20 min. to Elmira, and 35 min. from Watkins Glen and Finger Lakes. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area opens to a 12x28 deck overlooking the pond. Peaceful beauty, water, tall pines, maple trees and wildlife sightings make it hard to leave!

Fully furnished kitchen, deck with gas grill, H-Def TV/WiFi, campfire pit (wood provided). Sleeps eight. HUNTERS: 75 acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Beautiful renovated apartment. Fully equipped kitchen for those who love to cook. Located on Keuka Wine Trail, on the west side of Keuka Lake, 3 min. from Point of Bluff Concert Venue. Close to Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, 1886 Tasting Room, 3 distilleries and Steuben Brewing Co. 10 min. to Hammondsport and 15 min. to Penn Yan. Carney’s Country Escape

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
