This self-contained apartment is located in the lowest level of our nearly 100yr old home. We are located 4 min from FUS. You will have an exterior access door that faces our garage and parking in our driveway. Although there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the unit, there is room for an air mattress (on request) or pack-n-play (available in apt) to be set up, either in the bedroom or the living room. The kitchen has some cooking and dining equipment in it to make meal prepping possible.

No stairs required as you enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets at this serene, NON SMOKING AND PET FREE, 16 acre property. YOU WILL NEED 4WD in winter. The apartment is just steps away from your parking space. You just may see deer, fox, turkeys, rabbits and more.
