We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. North facing, it offers sun-drenched views of Bluff's waterfront, especially from its large sunroom that contains one of two work spaces. A two minute walk to a well-stocked dairy, it is a great base from which to enjoy Bluff or visit Stewart Island.
