Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. Hicks Farm accommodation offers a unit that has a bedroom and living room with your own bathroom 15m away along the outside deck. You are sharing the property with our family, the pet sheep and the local kiwi. We are a 20min walk from the centre of Oban, over a couple of hills. Please consider this before booking. Transfers are available with Aurora cabs, please contact them direct. If walking, backpacks are best and don't forget your rain jacket, it has been known to rain here!

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. Friendly but not intrusive people, helpful house manager available.

The house has 2 living areas and good kitchen facilities and dinning area, bathroom, toilet and laundry facilities. There are 3 smoke alarms within the house. It has views of the bay and is a 5-7 minute walk from the center of the township ferry terminal, and flight centre.

Our Short Street house is a very special newly renovated bungalow close to town, Queens Park and the ILT stadium. We have decorated it in a style we are calling executive whimsy, it’s comfortable well appointed with a bit of intrigue. The section is totally private and heaven for your children and outdoor pets.
