Hicks Farm accomodation

Hicks Farm accommodation offers a unit that has a bedroom and living room with your own bathroom 15m away along the outside deck. You are sharing the property with our family, the pet sheep and the local kiwi. We are a 20min walk from the centre of Oban, with hills. Please consider this before booking, if you don't like walking, in town might be more suitable. Transfers are available with Aurora cabs, please contact them direct. If walking, backpacks are best and don't forget your rain jacket.

Ringaringa Beach Cottage, comfortable whole house

Very quiet location with a welcome to overseas and New Zealand visitors. Families welcome but parents are asked to remember that although the road has little traffic, the property is not fenced. We have the greatest sea views, plenty of land and pelagic birds to spot with many simple and more challenging walks available, very like New Zealand used to be. Whare manu, boutique cottage.

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Beautiful 4 bedroom house on the beach at Horseshoe Bay. Stunning views. Huge lounge, with a conservatory, overlooking the beach. This house is a great place to have a family holiday, with heaps of room for the kids. Please be aware that the cell phone coverage is only Telecom, 027 and can be patchy at the house. Fully equipped modern house, with sea view overlooking Horseshoe Bay. 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5. All linen supplied. A bird watches paradise! Kiwi can be seen on the lawn. Seafarers is ideal for those that want peace and quiet, away from the crowds and are happy to sit back, enjoy the scenery and listen to nature at it's best! The car is at your own risk, drivers must have a full license, $50 a day which includes your petrol, no need to refuel before you leave.

Salty Towers Rakiura

Centrally located in the heart of Oban “Salty Towers - Rakiura” is a short walk from all of the islands amenities and main transportation services, making it an ideal base for exploring the island. The cabin offers a private sanctuary, with a native bush outlook where Kaka, Tui, Tomtit, and Kereru are all frequently visitors. Perfect for couples or small groups, the day bed can be made up for a 3rd person.
