Presente cucina attrezzata, 2 camere matrimoniali, doppi servizi con doccia e vasca. Giardino privato di circa 50 mq adatto per relax e pranzi e cene all'aria aperta. Parcheggio pubblico presente in loco. Connessione internet veloce disponibile nei mesi estivi.

The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, with a jacuzzi from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.

L'appartamento è caldo ed accogliente, con ottime rifiniture in legno, cotto e ferro. Dotato di termosingolo, cucina e ingresso indipendente permette agli ospiti la massima autonomia. Si trova nella piazza principale del paese a 150 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria ed è vicinissimo a bar, ristoranti e ad altri servizi. E' possibile parcheggiare sotto casa.
