Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

HerbaFarm Loft

T.C. Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı, Turizm Amaçlı Kiralanan Konut İzin Belgesi No: 06.03.2025/17-645 Midilli Adası ve Ege Denizi ufkunda gün batımı manzarasına sahip bu özel ev; alt katta mutfak, salon ve teras, üst katta banyo ve çift kişilik yatak bulunan, tam donanımlı bir balayı evidir. Talep halinde ilave yatak ile tek çocuklu aileler için de uygundur. Köy plajı 500 metre mesafededir; hasır şemsiyeler, iskele ve merdivenle denize giriş imkânı bulunur. Deniz serin ve berraktır, sahil taşlıdır.

First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

Το Pelagia's house είναι ένα παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι που ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα κρατώντας όμως τον παραδοσιακό του χαρακτήρα μαζί με τις αναμνήσεις από πολλά ξενοιαστα καλοκαίρια. Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.

Our house, “iki oda bir avlu”, is situated in the beautiful, fishing village of Babakale, on the shores of the Aegean Sea. This historic village dates back to the 14th Century, and is famous for its castle, the last one built during the Ottoman Empire.
