Whether you are looking for a romantic get-away or a family holiday our “ Magical Sunset” apartment can address your needs… This is an 80m2 penthouse apartment consisting of two bedrooms (one double and one triple), two full bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, living room with large sofa, and a spacious terrace with an amazing sea view. Open your 3 glass sliding doors and turn your terrace into a part of your living space! The apartment is tastefully decorated and very spacious with all the comforts we think you will need on your stay with us! The apartment suits 5 people comfortably. The terrace provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and café’s offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has two air-conditioning units, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile and hardwood laminate thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The first bathroom has an enclosed shower and the second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. Yet, our convenient location serves as the perfect base for exploring Croatia's second largest city or other area’s along the coast. On our grounds we have a grassy area where you could sit on a blanket and have a picnic or use our traditional Dalmatian style grill to prepare your meals enjoying the taste of traditional Croatia. Newly refurbished and sunny apartment is located in a beautiful classical style 1930’s villa. The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.

The house is located in Stobrec,eastern part of Split.The old town and Diocletian's Palace are only 7km away.The accommodation is on 1st and 2nd floor of the house, combined into single apartment. It has a 40 meter squared terrace with sea view. Near the house, you can find beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket, public transportation, park, tennis court, golf court, playground, football field etc. We have free parking for our guests. All rooms are air-conditioned!

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)
