Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss unseres Wohnhauses und hat einen separaten Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Wohn-/Schlafraum, einer Küche und einem Bad. Der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist hell und freundlich, ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett Liegefläche 1,60 x 2,00m. Beistellbett 0,80 x 1,90m oder Kinderreisebett für 3. Person bei Bedarf. Beides gleichzeitig nicht möglich.Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Kinderstuhl wird bei Bedarf beigestellt.

Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

Herzlich willkommen auf unserem Demeter Bauernhof! Wir sind ein kleiner Familienbetrieb der sich auf die Herstellung von Joghurt und Fruchtjoghurt spezialisiert hat. Auf unserem Hof tummeln sich viele Tiere von Pferden, Kühen, Schafen, Schweinen, Hühner, Enten, Tauben, Bienen und Hunden bis Katzen. Unser Hof liegt am Rande einer kleinen Ortschaft und ist etwa 14 km von dem Bodensee entfernt. Der Hof ist umgeben von Natur und in der Bodenseeregion lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Beautiful Apartment near the Lake Constance

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom is dotated with shower and toilet. You are welcome in our apartment!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Scheune mit Storchennest, die modern ausgebaut wurde. Der große Wohn- und Essbereich zeichnet sich durch eine sehr große Deckenhöhe und viel Luft aus (4,20m Höhe), das vollverglaste Scheunentor bringt Licht in den Raum. Das Schlafzimmer (ehemaliger Kuhstall) ist innen liegend und dadurch besonders ruhig. Weitere Räume: Küche, Vorratsraum (geräumige Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer etc.), Flur, Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Schönes Studio unweit des Bodensees

Das neu renovierte und liebevoll eingerichtete 35 qm große Studio (Erdgeschoß) befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Rande der Stockacker Kernstadt. Unseren Gästen steht ein privater Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Studio ist hochwertig mit SAT-TV, Stereoanlage, neuer Einbauküche, 1,60m breitem Doppelbett und einem wunderschönen kleinen Badezimmer mit Einbauschränken und Rainshower-Dusche ausgestattet. Ludwigshafen am Bodensee liegt 6 km entfernt.

The vacation apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. You will enjoy complete peace and quiet in the apartment and on the terrace. You can go for walks around the renaturalized quarry ponds and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry ponds have been converted into spacious, natural beaches. A bike path runs right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance, and the Swabian Alb are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Historisches Bauernhaus in ruhiger Lage (1)

Die Wohnung ist in einem alten Bauernhaus (anno 1833) neu hergestellt worden. Bei der Erstellung wurde darauf geachtet möglichst viele Naturbaustoffe zuverwenden (Holz, Lehm, Hanf). Die Zwischenwände wurden als Fachwerkwände ausgestaltet. Das Wohnzimmer bildet mit der Küche einen Raum. Die Wohnung hat ca.60 m² und ist barrierefrei hergestellt.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohn- und Schlafraum, Badezimmer mit Dusche/Badewanne und WC, sowie einer Küchenzeile. Außerdem steht eine Terrasse und Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich zum angegebenen Preis werden von der Stadt Radolfzell 3,- € Kurtaxe pro Person und Tag erhoben.
