Waterfront house with jacuzzi & jetty in Stockholm

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Pls note - the No Party policy

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Fin stuga nära Drottningholm

Under sommaren uthyrning endast ca 1-3 dagar i sträck, då vi själva använder stugan. En charmig stuga, 10 min med bil eller buss från Drottningholms slott, Ekerö. Här bor du ensam eller max två personer (extra avgift). Sängen är ny och 105 cm bred. En extra madrass på golvet kan ordnas vid behov. I hyran ingår lakan, handdukar och slutstädning. Du har tillgång till en mindre uteplats om du önskar. I stugan finns bara rinnande kallt vatten, dusch lånas eö i stora huset. Rökning är ej tillåten.

Lev det enkla livet i detta fridfulla och centralt belägna boende på 30 m2. Högt belägen med vidsträckt utsikt på en avskild del av tomten med skogen nära inpå. Helt nyrenoverad stuga med bekvämligheter som kök, WC med dusch och kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Endast 10 minuters promenad till tågstationen som tar er in till Stockholms centrum på under 20 minuter. Gångavstånd (<2km) till sjöar där man kan ta svalkande dopp varma dagar och närhet till naturreservat med fina promenadstråk.

Gårdshuset innehåller allrum med fullt utrustat minikök i öppen planlösning, helkaklat badrum samt separat sovrum. Huset har en egen stor vacker träaltan med sol stora delar av dagen/kvällen. Gårdshuset är beläget i ett lugnt och stillsamt villaområde nära Drottningholm, Mälaren och vackra naturområden. Det är 500m till närmsta spårvagn varifrån man tar sig till Stockholms city på 25 min.

På lika lång tid går ni till närmsta badplats eller omtyckta caféet och restaurangen Villa Printz. Stugan ligger precis vid skogsbrynet. Härifrån hör du hackspettar och andra fåglar och i gryningen tassar såväl räv som rådjur och harar ofta förbi.
