What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Our quiet, peaceful apartment features modern kitchen, pantry, large living room, work-space area, breakfast nook, back yard, street parking, 5 minutes to Haggin Museum, University of the Pacific, Dameron Hospital, Dignity Health/St. Joseph's Hospital. 15 minutes to SJ County Hospital, Lodi Wineries and restaurants, 45 minutes to Sacramento, to Livermore Premium Outlets, 90 minutes to San Francisco or to the Napa Valley Wine Train. While on vacation resting and relaxing here is an easy option.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.
