The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Pelican Cottage on Pelican Lagoon. Kangaroo Island

Pelican cottage is located on the ocean water front of Pelican Lagoon, a Marine Park facing East/North. It is 4kms to the Town of American River and 5 kms to Pennington beach. The charming, historic cottage has a front bedroom overlooking Pelican Lagoon where you will enjoy the views over our native garden and onto the water .Second bedroom views to the garden. Cook in the well equipped kitchen. There is a Separate bathroom. Sit on the deck and view wildlife, sunrises, moon rises,ocean view .

Quality appliances include Miele dishwasher and washing machine and SMEG oven. You are invited to forage in the gardens for veges and herbs. Free wifi too!

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

It can be cosy for a couple with an upstairs bedroom featuring a king size bed and en-suite but equally comfortable for ten, with 2 queen size beds, another living area and bathroom. Just minutes walk to both the Harriet River and the beach or a short drive to Flinders Chase and Little Sahara, you are well positioned to enjoy the many opportunities that Kangaroo Island has to offer.

Make some memories at this unique and off-grid family-friendly place. Located only a few hundred metres from Australia's best beach, Stokes Bay, you will find yourself in a secluded paradise. You won't need to travel anywhere to find Kangaroos or Koalas, with both regularly spotted just metres from the house. Relax on the deck with a coffee and watch the birds fly in to drink, including the endangered Glossy Black Cockatoo. All within walking distance of the beach and Rockpool cafe.

Literally a "stones throw" from the crystal blue waters of famous Stokes Bay winning the title of best beach in Australia in 2023. You will see an abundance of wildlife and most definitely the renowned kangaroo. Family-friendly or a gorgeous couples retreat! Everything you need for a relaxing stay by the beach. Swim, kayak or SUP in the sheltered waters a few steps from your front door or play on the sand. Stoke the BBQ & relax by the outdoor fire whilst watching the waves roll in.
