Lovely house with two double bedrooms, I work full-time in the area so am normally around to assist with anything you need, on occasion I'll be travelling and on those occasions my friends nearby will always be able to assist you. It's within 5 min walking distance to all parts Stoneybatter/Smithfield, also 5 min walk to main bus routes, 10 min walk to Luas & 15 mins to the train.

Our location is great; you are walking distance to O'Connell St, Croke Park, Grafton St, Shopping, Pubs, Stores, markets, parks, etc. All bus/tram/train routes are nearby, no car is needed.

The coolest neighborhood in Dublin Stoneybatter is within 2 mins walk, where there are choices of bars and restaurants. City centre is within 30 mins by foot, and there are bus stops right out side of the studio. Luas stops is within 10 mins walk.
