Let us welcome you to 100 Acre Wood, a historic farm and working cattle ranch. Owl's House is a private and stylish guest house nestled within the trees and garden and offers 180° views. Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Enjoy pastoral farm life and our private forest trails, or get out and play in the area's abundance of fine dining, wineries, seasonal attractions, outdoor activities, and entertainment.

Sliders open to private deck with wooded view. A full bath, 2 bedrooms and add’l sleeping nook off the main living area complete the space. Also on the property are a cottage and 1800s Colonial home. For 100 years it waited for new life whilst almost crumbling to the ground. Now new life breaths from every stone. Enjoy the views from any of the 3 porches. Take a walk on the trails across the street. Walk down to the reservoir at sunset or just listen to the history tell you the stories. Close to beaches, nearby Historic towns.

Cozy All Season Cabin Near Beach at Rockbriar Farm

Small vintage vacation cabin located in Charlestown, RI a 1 mile walk/bike to the town beach. Located on 7 acres called Rockbriar Farm, the cabin is in a wooded setting away from our home affording privacy for guests. One large room includes the futon bed/couch and the one sink; the shower and toilet are in separate room. Cabin also has a cedar enclosed hot water outdoor shower. Clean, cozy but not luxurious! No stove, but coffee maker, microwave, outside grill, and mini fridge.

House on Little River / Writer Retreat

Rustic cottage on on Little River, a lovely trout stream that swishes around rocks. Great place for kids to play! Lake across the street. Canoe. Woods all around. Very quiet except for hush of river. Nice deck extends almost to the river. Gas and charcoal grills. In all ways cozy and pleasant. Nice for couples, writers, artists, travelers, families, and pets—a place for quiet, peaceful people. About the lake: There's no beach. Access is just a narrow path down to the water.

Nestled in the woods, yet easy access to highway, casinos, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Casino is one exit away and only a 10 min drive. Overlooking a private backyard and pond. Recently upgraded and remodeled. Newly installed A/C unit, warm in winter, great well water on property, WiFi router in the unit. This is a pesticide free, organic farm & cottage.

The Gardener's Cottage, less then a mile from the Long Island Sound, is a great alternative to the common hotel. Situated a stones throw from Hammonasset State Park and Beach, Clinton Outlets, and the Shore Line East train station. Near by you will find places to kayak, Chamard Wineries, Marinas and many quaint New England towns. The Cottage is fitted with it's own router coupled with an eating nook that can double as a work space. Pets are allowed. Self check-in
