Welcome to Charlottendal Manor, Here you have a unique housing experience, living in a historical place built in 1779 in a carefully renovated apartment to your convenience. Charlottendal is a gated community with private garden and child friendly environment. You will enjoy your vacation with a sea view and a beautiful garden right outside your window. In Gröndal you have it all- a charming small town feeling, the archipelago and lots of boutique cafés while being close to the city center.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Ett område i stan som är känt för sina restauranger, barer, nattklubbar, caféer, affärer och gallerior. Här bor du mitt i storstan med närhet till Slussen som tar dig ut på djurgården och runt hela stan via vattnet. Lägenheten kan sova upp till 3 personer, 2 personer i en dubbelsäng och 1 person på spjälsäng.

Egen strand, uteplats, grillplats, vedeldad kamin och underbar utsikt. Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en kokplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. Ni har tillgång till toalett och dusch i närheten av tältet. Dricksvatten finns i en dunk. Diskar gör du i havet. Varmt välkomna

Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).
