Our townhouse is located just off the Mountain Road, between the picturesque village of Stowe and Mount Mansfield. On site amenities include indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and game room. XC and alpine skiing, hiking, mt. biking, golf, and many cultural events are at your fingertips. We are just 200 yds. from the Bike Path, on the bus route to the Mountain, and within walking distance to fabulous restaurants. Come and enjoy the many special events Stowe has to offer.

Unwind by the wood-burning fireplace after a day on the Stowe Recreation Path, browsing the Farmers Market, or hiking Mt. Mansfield. Come winter, you're minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort and Spruce Peak. Two bedrooms and a full bath on each level provides space, then can gather in the open living and dining area on the main floor. All while just up the road from Stowe's restaurants and shops.

The Notchbrook Nook is nestled at the top of Notchbrook road in a group of condos that overlook beautiful views and is only minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort. The pool is open for summer months until Labor Day & reopens in late November for ski season. The Matterhorn restaurant sits at the bottom of the road and is a must experience Aprés spot. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

Our Cozy Condo is Ski-in Ski-out in the Nordland Building on the slopes at Smugglers Notch Resort. It is walking distance to the Village! In the warmer months enjoy exquisite hiking trails. The trails are meticulously maintained and appeal to all levels of hikers. The Resort has a world renowned disc golf course overlooking the mountains. Please note- all are welcome to use all resort amenities (including pools, hot tubs, and FunZone) with the purchase of a day pass.

Condo is fully equipped. Living room equipped with Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Master and 2nd rooms are at upper level sharing one (1) full bathroom. The Master room has a queen bed and the 2nd room has 2 twin beds. Third room located at spacious basement has full bathroom and TV with VHS & DVD players.
