We're just minutes to downtown yet the private driveway that opens to 10 acres feels like you're a world away. The apartment has a private locking entrance through a shared garage, well stocked kitchen, cozy sitting area with a view of the mountains, full bathroom, memory foam mattress and blackout shades. We are family friendly with a highchair, pack n' play + changing table upon request!

Hosted by a long time Stowe family with deep ties to the area - we sold our farm to the Von Trapps when they moved here!

Enjoy a piece of Stowe history in the heart of the lower village. Quickly set up base camp for all of your Vermont adventures in this cozy, ground-level unit. Grocery store steps away or take a leisurely stroll down Main St. to all of the best bars, restaurants, shops, and amenities. We provide our guests with space and privacy but we are local and are available. We do not provide concierge services. No pet fee We work with a professional cleaner & laundry service after each turnover

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier
