Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony. It is best suited for professionals & couples. It is an open plan area, recommended for a maximum of 2 adults. The base price is for 1 guest (for single and business travellers); there is a small surcharge for 2nd guest. Kindly book accordingly.

The little Guinea fowl Cottage is part of a high security villa located in the select Upper Constantia area. Set at the foot of the densely forested eastern slopes of Table Mountain, the property is half surrounded by the Green Belt, opposite to Cecelia Forest and less than 2km away from the world famous Kirstenbosch Garden. We have an inverter as a back up during load shedding + our own water treatment plant for high quality water directly from the tap, better than any plastic bottled water.

Equipped with a queen size bed, sofa, table & chairs, bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. Interior is light, modern and with a Scandinavian touch. 5-7 minute walk to Bakoven Beach, and 10-12 min walk to Camps Bay beach with all the restaurants, bars & coffee shops. Off street parking and private entrance. 2 min walk to a Superette.

Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails crisscross the area. We are surrounded by numerous spectacular wine farms and top restaurants. Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

Greenway Cottage

Stunning self contained cottage offering easy access to Strand Beach, the world renowned Cape Winelands, extensive mountain biking and trail running/hiking trails and local shops. The cottage is situated on a family property, but feel free to enjoy the beautiful garden. We have two very friendly dogs who are not allowed in the cottage but have free range of the garden. If you don’t like, or are frightened of dogs, please consider carefully before booking.

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. The staircase down to the house is steep so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Sunbird cottage

Welcome to Sunbird Cottage, a free standing 2 bedroom unit. The cottage also includes a loft in the open plan area which is furnished with a queen sized bed. The main bedroom is also equipped with a queen sized bed and has its own shower/bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. On the same property you can find Penguin and Porcupine Cottage. Our fully equipped and private garden cottage has a beach house feeling. It comfortably fits two sharing. Freestanding closed fireplace for cozy winter evenings. Situated on a quiet street steps away from St.James beach as well as a short walk to Kalk Bay and Muizenberg which is famous for its antique ships, coffee shops and restaurants.
