The surroundings are untouched and serene with wonderful hiking areas, 3 min walk to lake Mälaren and a pretty jetty. The house has large, cosy rooms, fully equipped for family, friends and food buffs, located only 45 min by car from Stockholm & 30 km to beautiful Mariefred.

Renovated fantastic summer house with beautiful view over lake Mälaren - 10 min. drive from pittoresque town of Mariefred and 1 h from Stockholm. The house dates back to 1895, but the interior was completely refurbished 2017. Access to private bathing place (shared with another house) and a huge private garden. The house has three bedrooms with 9 beds in total. The kitchen is very well equiped. One bathroom, and one separate toilet. - Tennis courts and two golf courses within 10 min. drive.

Huset är modernt, endast 4 år gammalt och väl anpassat till en barnfamilj. I trädgården finns gunga, studsmatta, 2 kaniner och tillgång till cyklar i olika storlekar. På altanen finns det två matplatser samt grill.

Accessible via a bridge and with close proximity both to the villiage with restaurants and to the lakeside.
