Apartment Swedish Charm is situated on a lakeside property with access to our dock, paddle boards, sauna, the canoe, and other outdoor activities. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. It is an independent unit but is part of our home. The bus stop is 200 meters away . Follow us as we continue to improve the apartment and add new photos! Please note I did not raise fees. Airbnb adjusted my prices to include their 15% service fee.

Cozy 19.5 m² double studio in Solna, just outside central Stockholm and near attractions like the Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. The studio includes a 120 cm wide bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, and dining area for one. Bed linen, towels, and kitchenware are provided. Enjoy access to a gym, sauna, breakfast, restaurant, and parking, all available at an additional cost. Unwind in the elegant lobby with complimentary coffee, comfortable seating, and workspaces.

Traditional Country House in the City

This accomodation is in a classified nineteenth-century Swedish country house very close to the city and the subway. Cosy and romantic old fashioned appartment in traditional area just outside the port of Stockholm that has an ambiance of a small town. Private upper floor with two beds twelve minutes with subway from Stockholm Central station. Perfect for a single person, a couple with a small baby. Like being on the country side, but on the same time in the middle of the city.

Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Parkera bilen gratis på gatan och promenera till centrum på 5 minuter. Inom samma avstånd har ni också tillgång till den lilla stadens hamn med några restauranger att välja mellan. Badplats med litet hopptorn, tennisbanor, boulebana, beachvolleybollbana och fin lekplats - allt inom fem minuters gångväg. Lägenheten har en dubbelsäng (160) och en bäddsoffa (140). Spjälsäng och barnstol finns.

Nyrenoverad 3:a med balkong med 6 sängplatser i Årsta med närhet till flera trevliga restauranger, caféer och mataffär. Här finns även natursköna Årstaviken med utegym, löpspår och promenadstråk med utsikt över Södermalm. Härifrån till Globenområdet med Avicii arena och 3Arena har ni bara 3 minuter med spårvagn eller 20 min promenad. Det finns goda kommunikationer med buss/pendeltåg/spårvagn restid till Södermalm cirka15 min och city är cirka 20 min.

Nära till pendeltågsstationen och 2 hållplatser till Stockholm City. Mataffär och restauranger finns i kvarteret och det är promenadavstånd till Mall Of Scandinavia och Friends Arena. It’s the old garage of our villa with own separated entrance that will give you full privacy, and code look that will ease check- in and check out. Our studio is the perfect stay to explore busy Stockholm and still get a calm genuine local feeling close to lakes, parks, forest and beautiful surroundings.

There is also a dining room with a kitchenette where you have a microwave, a water boiler and a fridge (no stove or oven). Next to the shower there is a sauna available for your relaxation.
