The Mermaid Shore House is a brand new wheelchair accessible build overlooking the Hillsborough River, a small beach and city lights of Charlottetown. This well equipped two bedroom house is bright and spacious with numerous windows that take advantage of the stunning water views and sunsets. Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal
