Welcome to Applecourt, a lovely self-contained cedar-clad cabin with its own private drive and courtyard. Located just 1 minute away from the A3 on New Malden's Thetford Road, Applecourt is a perfect, relaxing get-away. Enjoy a jaunt down to the Surrey Hills, take in history at nearby Hampton Court palace or catch the train to Wimbledon only two stops away. (Last stop Waterloo!) A true haven away from home, enjoy the cherry blossom courtyard in spring and the juicy pink lady apples in summer!

Less than a 10-minute walk to Woodford Station with excellent links to the A406 and M11. Close to restaurants, cafés, shops, and green spaces. Whether you are here for a weekend city breaks/ business trip or London adventures, the tiny house will provide you what you need!

The Quirky Cabin

Charming one-bedroom cabin with a comfy pullout sofa bed, perfect for couples, solo travellers, small family.. Located in a peaceful London neighbourhood, just 10 minutes from the train station—central London is only 20 minutes away. A 15-minute walk brings you to beautiful Greenwich Park, and Lime bikes available to rent for exploring the area. Three friendly house cats live on the property and may occasionally say hello. A cosy, well-connected escape with city and nature on your doorstep.

Edwardian Coach House with garden and free parking

A stunning self-contained Edwardian coach house in the garden of our family home. With its own entrance and private south-facing patio, guests have their own peaceful and secluded space. Located near Wanstead and directly opposite Epping Forest, you can enjoy beautiful woodland walks while still being within easy reach of Central London. Manor Park station is nearby, with the Elizabeth Line providing direct access to Liverpool Street in 12 minutes and Oxford Street in around 20 minutes.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Blythe Vale Studio with private garden + entrance

Blythe Vale Studio is a self contained, quiet, garden room with own kitchen and bathroom situated at the bottom of a 90ft garden. Private access via the side gate of the main house. It is ideally situated for exploring Greenwich, the Southbank and Central and East London. Train stations are a 12 minute walk away. Like to check in earlier? Please do ask in advance, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note we can only accept bookings from the person who is staying.

Adorable 1 bedroom garden studio with patio

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a quiet get away. With a gym, queen sized bed and ensuite. A quiet residential part of South London, with a local feel; with lots of enjoyable restaurants, bars and cafes. A 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station, and a 15 minute train journey to London Bridge. You will be hosted by Imogen and Nick. We are both full time secondary school teachers. We live with our baby Vincent and cat Yogi. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.

A well-kept secret of north London, this neighbourhood is somewhere you'll want to linger, rather than just pass through. The 320 sqft studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unwind in the evening with the 55" HDTV (BBC iPlayer, Netflix and Amazon all set up), or step outside to your own semi-private patio for a quiet coffee among the greenery.

Quaint, homely, clean and bright for you to relax in private, coming and going as you wish. Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. Plenty of free on-street parking.

Self Contained Cottage in Thames Ditton Village

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

This newly refurbished studio has everything you need for a great stay in London: from free allocated parking directly in front of the property to a spacious bathroom, smart TV, and stylish ceiling lighting. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The LED fireplace adds a unique, cosy touch, while the comfortable sofa is ideal for two guests. A dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair is also available.
