Relax with the whole family at Bay Breeze, a peaceful cottage off the Potomac River with a private dock! Nature and water lovers will be right at home in this peaceful sanctuary. Check out the herons and eagles from the spacious deck, or fish and kayak off the dock. Relax in a private bonus room with screened in porch, all newly renovated in 2022. There is fun for all ages at this cozy waterfront cottage! Please note, no parties are allowed. All guests must be included in your reservation

Relax with the view of colorful sunsets while sitting waterside on the hammock. Bring the whole family to enjoy roasting marshmallows by the fire and a fun-filled day with outdoor dining, grilling, and entertainment. Wireless internet offered with Dish cable and two smart tv’s. Kitchen includes stove, microwave, oven, Keurig, pots and pans, and other utensils to make your cooking experiences more simple. Note* we do not have our own pier. Please use our fishing rods at the public pier close by!

Waterfront 4-BR home w/ hot tub & charging station

Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Four beach cruiser bikes & private dock w/ 4 kayaks, to enjoy the peaceful Neale Sound. Hot tub + private deck off of the kitchen. Wall of windows inside the home, flooded w/ natural sunlight. Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

Fishing, swimming, and floating all on the protected freshwater lake. We have boats for your use, theater space & hot tub to wind down at night after dining on our deck. Picnic at our private Shark Tooth Beach, watch Osprey & Eagles fish the Potomac, and collect 15-million-year-old fossilized shark teeth!

Tucked away on a small, peaceful island, this hidden gem is uniquely surrounded by 3 bodies of water: The Potomac River, the Wicomico River, and Neale Sound. This quiet island oasis offers the perfect place to step away from the busy world! This cottage is incredibly special to us. For four generations, it has been a sanctuary for our family-filled with love, laughter, and countless memories.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This modern home offers a fully equipped kitchen and stair-free, comfortable living spaces. The house features a fenced backyard with a gas grill, pellet smoker, and plenty of outdoor seating. Amenities include free coffee, WiFi, and smart TVs, making this home perfect for a fun and relaxing vacation. The private, neighborhood beach is a 5 minute walk from the house and leashed dogs are allowed on the beach year-round.

Perfect for 1 or 2 adults looking to get off the grid and recharge. In St. Mary's County,MD, just 90 minutes south of Washington DC. However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.

Tiny House Treasure on the Rappahannock River

The Riverbunk is located on the Rappahannock River in Colonial Beach, Virginia. The scenic River is home to Eagles, ospreys and great blue herons. The river offers the perfect kayaking experience and for boaters, a boat launch is within walking distance. Fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing are popular in this area. We are 420-friendly where smoking is allowed outside. The rural area is perfect for quiet downtime and fun activities.

We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”).
