Above All Cottage on Quadra Island

Above All is a studio cottage with a verandah overlooking an acreage. It features stained glass windows, plank floors, a well equipped kitchenette and private bath with restored claw foot tub (no shower). Internet on the island is often spotty, but most guests find the cottage wifi satisfactory. The cottage is located within walking distance to the ferry, shops at Quathiaski Cove and island trails. The owners live on site in a separate residence and have a small friendly mixed breed dog.

It's ideal for a summer getaway, a cozy spot after a snow day on Mt.Washington or a base for exploring the trails and mountains in the area. The tiny provides the feeling of a cabin but with modern touches. You can enjoy your coffee on a private cedar deck looking out to the forest. Located in the country 5 minutes from the ocean, 15 minutes from downtown Courtenay, 20 minutes from Mt. Washington and 5 minutes from Seal Bay Park.

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Look out the large window to stunning views of Haddington Island and Malcolm Island. Welcome to Slug Trail Ranch, and our newly built self contained suite. We are a quiet, serene rural location in west Courtenay, close to downtown. Located on 5 acres of land close to all amenities the Comox Valley has to offer. Come say "hello" to our horses, chickens and friendly dogs. Well behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a $15/ night per pet cleaning fee. Come say "howdy". Happy hour is 5pm, weather permitting.
