Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Im Haus ist das Flair der 50er Jahren erhalten. Es ist idyllisch gelegen, umgeben von Grün und trotzdem mitten im Ort. Man kann wunderbar abschalten, mit flexibler Ausstattung für kreative Prozesse auch in kleinen Gruppen. Für die Gäste ist das 1. und 2. Stockwerk reserviert und übers Treppenhaus verbunden. Im Erdgeschoss habe ich meine Atelierräume.
