Fantastic sea front property! Relax and enjoy uninterrupted views from the veranda and living area. This one-level family home consists of the following: An open-plan dining and living area with a fireplace (doubles as a braai). A fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The main bedroom and one other bedroom have views over Roman beach. The outdoor barbecue area overlooks Roman beach and is in an enclosed courtyard offering shelter from the prevailing winds!

The main house has 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a lounge with a fireplace and TV. Three private cottages with en suites, a courtyard with a braai pergola, and a games room with pool, table tennis, darts, and a cinema loft complete the home—just 5 minutes from the beach.

The house is owned by artist Sue Gray, and showcases her love for beautiful objects and junk shop finds! At Patat cottage is situated within Langezandt Fisherman's Village in Struisbaai. It is a relaxing 2-hour drive from Cape Town, through the Cape Overberg region. This cottage is nearby Cape Agulhas, the southermost tip of Africa. A visit to the charming fishing village of Struisbaai is highly recommended.
